Job Description

• Support OCHIN’s mission by implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting interfaces between systems • Provide interface project support • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues • Collaborate across departments to support project implementations • Drive documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and optimizing technical documentation • Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features

Job Requirements

Experience in healthcare industry or health information technology
Working knowledge of HL7 standards
Working knowledge of XML (desired)
Certification in Epic Bridges (required)
Ideally 2-3 years working in Epic
Certification in Epic Chronicles (a plus)
Experience with SpaceBridge within Bridges (highly desired)
Familiar with Mirth or other Interface engines (a plus)
Familiarity or interest in JavaScript or application development (not required but a plus)
Knowledge of Epic Lab, Radiology or Patient Registration workflows (ideal)
Debugging, troubleshooting, and documenting skills
Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented
Must have strong Analytical skills
Demonstrated customer service experience
