Job Description
• Grow, retain, and nurture clients across a variety of industry verticals
• Identify and close cross-sell opportunities
• Secure client and contract renewals
• Ensure successful client experience with service delivery and high client satisfaction
• Manage the overall relationship with existing clients
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling technology solutions to large enterprise customers
- Experience selling software Support, Application Management Services (AMS), Managed Services and Professional Services
- Ability to create awareness and demand for services and products
- Proven track record of sales excellence and client focus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, Masters or MBA desirable
