• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective and existing buyers across North America phone, email, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms to drive engagement and bidding activity. • Promote live and upcoming auctions with relevant, personalized messaging to generate urgency and increase auction participation. • Identify and qualify new buyer leads, onboard them to the platform, and provide guidance on how to navigate and participate in auctions. • Reactivate lapsed or dormant buyers by uncovering their product interests and matching them with relevant inventory. • Partner with the marketing team to refine messaging, suggest localized campaign strategies, and support promotional efforts for key surplus categories. • Maintain accurate tracking of outreach activity, buyer interactions, and performance metrics using CRM tools. • Provide insights to internal teams on buyer needs, auction feedback, and opportunities to enhance market penetration.
