• Provide leadership and strategic direction for a diverse team of Account Managers in a defined geographic area • Establish high work standards that are patient centric and customer focused • Strive for continuous improvement and ensure team performance aligns with company policies • Lead recruitment, coaching, development, and retention of top talent for Braeburn • Train, motivate, and coach Account Managers in all job aspects within specific regional geography • Execute field strategies and marketing plans to meet or exceed business objectives • Develop a deep understanding of assigned region including public policy initiatives • Identify and address region-specific opportunities and barriers • Review, analyze, and interpret field reports to meet quarterly and annual objectives • Foster compliant innovation and ensure effective cross-functional leadership • Develop and implement effective regional communication strategies • Manage all regional level expenses and lead special project teams as required.
