• Design and execute up to 10 signature “owned” events per year • Manage participation and presence at 25+ industry association events • Develop comprehensive event agendas that align with business objectives • Coordinate all event logistics including venue selection, travel, catering, audiovisual needs • Manage and own event marketing materials • Partner with sales and marketing to understand needs and intended event experience • Collaborate closely with sales team members • Serve as primary liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners • Book and manage all travel arrangements • Negotiate contracts with venues, hotels, and other vendors • Maintain detailed project timelines and budgets for all events • Create and maintain event playbooks, templates, and best practices documentation
