Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of experience in event management, preferably in B2B or financial services environments working with a sales organization
- Proven track record managing multiple large-scale events simultaneously
- Experience working with destination management companies and national venue networks
- Strong project management skills with ability to juggle competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Excellent relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ of the time across the United States
- Proficiency with event management software, CRM systems, and project management tools
Benefits
- Base salary $100,000-$125,000
- Eligible for an annual bonus incentive program
