• Assist in negotiating partnerships with influencers/KOLs. • Scout, prospect, and confirm creators by reviewing our existing database and quickly identifying additional influencers to help fulfill campaign budgets. • Collaborate with talent agencies and secure influencer deals for campaigns, ensuring smooth collaboration. • Draft, send, and track contracts and agreements to ensure timely completion. • Support campaign activations by coordinating with internal teams and influencers to implement agreements. • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in negotiations, contracts, and activations to keep projects on track. • Maintain accurate records of deals, contracts, campaign statuses, and influencer confirmations. • Collaborate with the team and directly with clients to ensure smooth workflow and communication between stakeholders.
