• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers regarding SAP technology and cloud service delivery • Partner with the Client Delivery Manager (CDM) to maintain regular stakeholder cadence and manage service delivery expectations • Lead and own technical discussions, coordinating with internal SAP delivery experts as needed • Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s SAP landscape and system interdependencies • Support account and technical operations teams in executing service delivery plans and schedules • Analyze customer technical requirements and drive issues to resolution by coordinating the appropriate technical experts • Present technical offerings, architecture details, and engagement models to internal and external stakeholders • Guide customers on Business Continuity, Security, Compliance, and Network architecture • Assess customer security and network requirements to ensure alignment with SAP security architecture standards • Conduct monthly technical and operational reviews against cloud architecture and roadmap • Drive issue resolution plans through to completion • Support SAP migration and modernization roadmaps in collaboration with partners, system integrators, and SAP professional services
