• Develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial plans • Create and maintain models to predict performance under various conditions and assess business decisions • Analyze differences between actual results and budgets/forecasts, explaining key drivers and trends • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives, operational changes, and executive requests • Translate complex data into clear insights, summaries, and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across financial and operational reporting • Partner closely with the CFO and other members of the leadership team to support data-driven decision-making across the business • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that provide visibility into company performance for leadership and functional teams • Identify gaps in data or reporting and proactively work with stakeholders to improve data quality, instrumentation, and processes • Turn messy or incomplete data into usable insights • Support the preparation of leadership-level reporting and presentations, including quarterly board meetings
