• Lead end-to-end SBC expense reporting for different business structures and incentive grants: • Perform initial SBC report setup for self-service clients and deliver audit-defensible full reports for full-service clients, including ASC 718 expense calculations and journal entries • Handle complex SBC scenarios: modifications, cancellations, performance-based grants, market-based vesting conditions • Partner with Engineering to improve SBC tooling—translate accounting requirements into product specs, test features, prioritize enhancements • Serve as technical SBC expert for clients and internal teams, applying US GAAP accounting standards under ASC 718 • Offer flex support for other service type engagements including equity administration tasks and other service engagements (409A valuations, onboarding) as needed • Build scalable SBC processes, documentation, and best practices
