• Write, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans for new features and product updates. • Develop and maintain robust automated test scripts to support our testing efforts. • Report defects, track bugs, and provide clear, actionable suggestions for product enhancements. • Work closely with development, product management, and delivery teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to perform risk assessments and impact analysis for software applications. • Communicate clearly and effectively, working independently while managing multiple projects and priorities. • Collaborate with our Customer Support team to triage complex application issues.
