• Design, develop, and enhance frontend UI components using Java and Vue.js (Micro Frontends) • Build and maintain guided, intelligent workflows that prompt agents with the right questions and screens • Support and enhance a rules-driven UI system that determines agent workflows and decision paths • Develop and integrate backend services using AWS Lambda (Python) to support UI functionality • Work closely with team leads who define workflow decisions and development priorities • Troubleshoot application, AWS, and environment-related issues as needed (light DevOps exposure) • Support the agent UI platform used to handle fraudulent credit card transactions
