Job Description
• In partnership with customers, lead and manage day-to-day campaign strategy and execution, optimization and reporting, strategic testing, budget recommendations, and billing and actualization
• Apply strong analytical rigor to drive measurable campaign performance improvements, contributing to significant year-over-year growth across high-investment enterprise campaigns
• Act as the strategic owner of customers’ omnichannel success post-deployment, ensuring Campaign Intelligence is embedded into ongoing commercial and marketing decision-making
• Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial, brand, and analytics teams by interpreting Campaign Intelligence insights and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations
• Consult with customers on campaign performance across channels (e.g., rep-driven and non-rep-driven), identifying what is working, what is not, and why
• Collaborate with the agency, DSP, and other martech vendors of our customers to foster a true partnership mentality and cross-company culture of data-driven experimentation
• Recommend ongoing optimizations to campaigns, targeting strategies, journeys, and media/ad spend based on observed HCP engagement and performance signals
• Partner with customers to continuously refine omnichannel strategies, ensuring alignment between brand objectives, channel mix, and real-world execution
• Lead regular performance reviews (monthly / quarterly), focused on incremental lift, impact, and ROI from omnichannel initiatives
• Translate Campaign Intelligence outputs into clear narratives and executive-ready insights for senior stakeholders
• Identify gaps in data, execution, or channel strategy and proactively propose updates to campaigns, experiments, and measurement approaches
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, and Customer Success teams to surface customer feedback, inform roadmap priorities, and improve omnichannel capabilities
• Support change management by helping customers evolve from static reporting to dynamic, insight-led omnichannel decision-making
• Ensure customers maximize long-term value from Campaign Intelligence through continuous education, enablement, and strategic guidance
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing, strategic role within SaaS, analytics, consulting, or technology-driven environments
- Hands-on experience supporting omnichannel marketing, campaign analytics, or commercial strategy within Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare
- Strong ability to interpret complex performance data and translate it into clear recommendations for campaign optimization and media investment
- Experience advising customers on campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and ongoing optimization, not just implementation
- Deep understanding of the North American pharmaceutical marketing ecosystem, including brand teams, analytics, marketing operations, and commercial excellence
- Proven ability to become a trusted strategic partner to customers and customer vendors, (such as agencies, activation partners etc…) influencing decisions across brand, marketing, and analytics stakeholders
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where strategies evolve based on real-world results and insights
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Analytical mindset with a consultative approach—focused on outcomes, impact, and ROI rather than outputs alone
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and action-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Curious and continuously learning, with a passion for improving how omnichannel strategies are planned, executed, and optimized
- Low ego, high ownership, and motivated to make a meaningful impact for customers and patients alike.
