• Lead and support accounting functions related to Snap’s loan product • Assist in managing the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidated financial reporting • Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP and industry-specific requirements • Maintain and improve internal controls and compliance standards • Partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate accounting for loan related activities • Support audits (external and internal) and work with external advisors on regulatory reporting related to loan product • Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of scalable systems and processes that can support a growing loan portfolio • Mentor and guide accounting team members with a focus on fintech and consumer credit best practices
