• As a Seven Starling Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy, for clients navigating the perinatal journey. This is a part‑time salaried position, expected to average approximately 25-30 hours per week, with flexibility based on organizational needs and deliverables. • Available to work during standard business hours: 8am-8pm with at least 20% of appointments being available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments). 24 client appointments per week. • Participating in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and joining our monthly clinical team meeting. • Delivering the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches). • Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation and treatment plans. • Collaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment. • Contributing to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests.
