Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to understand client needs, identify gaps, and define project scope. • Design and configure NetSuite solutions that optimize client workflows and meet specific business requirements. • Oversee the implementation process, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. • Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of NetSuite modules. • Develop and execute thorough testing plans to ensure a smooth system transition. • Provide user training to ensure adoption of the new NetSuite system. • Provide ongoing support to clients after go-live, addressing issues and assisting with system optimization. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their evolving business needs. • Collaborate with the founding team to develop and document efficient, scalable processes for the Delivery team, ensuring smooth and successful project delivery for future clients.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of full end-to-end implementation experience in NetSuite (at least 10 new implementations).
Proven experience in leading and managing NetSuite implementation projects from start to finish.
Strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities, including core modules (Financials, Inventory, CRM, etc.) and industry modules.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and develop solutions to complex business challenges.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
