Create immediate baselines of success based on current usage trends and available data to define and measure law firm outcomes. • Build Scalable Systems: Develop and implement a transparent accountability system for all workflow requests, ensuring repeatable, scalable success as Eve grows. Create an internal repository of playbooks and workflows that can be deployed across customers without impropriety. • Inform Product Strategy: Provide critical feedback loops to product and GTM teams based on customer workflow needs, directly informing roadmap decisions and product development priorities. • Demonstrate Business Impact: Partner with Customer Success Managers to create world-class quarterly business review (QBR) decks featuring AI usage data, and publish routine AI value reports (EBRs) for internal stakeholders that demonstrate measurable ROI and positional value. • Maintain Quality Standards: Create and maintain scalable, internal workflows grounded in objectivity that neutralize assumption, imprecision, and legal ethics concerns, ensuring all custom solutions meet rigorous standards before deployment.
