Job Description

Job Requirements

5+ years of product management experience in fintech lending, with loan servicing or data product experience preferred.
Strong systems thinker with a track record of building internal tools, improving operational workflows, or supporting infrastructure at scale.
Strong customer and business intuition, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing speed with quality while adapting to evolving priorities.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across teams like engineering, design, sales, and operations.
Passion for creating products and experiences that drive impact.
