Job Description
Job Requirements
- 8-10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR
- Proven ability in workforce planning, recruiting analytics, sourcing technology, and candidate assessment methodologies
- Project management, stakeholder engagement, and consulting experience, demonstrating strong influence across teams and with C-level leaders
- In-depth knowledge of job leveling systems (e.g., Radford), job architecture, compensation benchmarking, and best practices in market-driven rewards
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and advisory skills, demonstrating Socure’s core values: inclusivity, integrity, excellence, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related discipline preferred
