Job Description

• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets. • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs and providing appropriate solutions. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support. • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership.

Job Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in sales
  • At least 5 years of experience managing teams or in a leadership/managerial role
  • Experience in building automation, building management systems (BMS), valve actuators, or HVAC controls.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong background in sales management, especially in niche or technical sales environments.
  • Pharmaceuticals & Hospitals experience.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Continuous learning and adaptability.
