• Under the direction of the Vice President, provide strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for APCD projects • Accountable for the reputation, output, growth, and financial sustainability of APCD projects • Lead projects associated with APCDs, including developing processes that create and maintain a supportive and high-performing culture. • Manage a team of 2-4 Senior Consultants and Consultants, providing guidance, mentorship and support, including day-to-day supervision and performance reviews • Develop and deliver national presentations. • Serve as trusted advisor to State-agency clients and others that work in the healthcare industry to understand their specific challenges and goals and propose appropriate and creative methodologies and approaches. • Serve as lead and accountable party for APCD projects, with accountability for project design and execution of all client deliverables, including content, quality, and accuracy. • Delegate work to, and oversee, cross-functional project teams – including data engineers, project managers, and subject matter experts – to achieve project goals and deliverables on time and on budget. • Scope and draft written deliverables, organizing key information in a clear and impactful manner. • Lead stakeholder meetings • Secure opportunities to expand Freedman HealthCare’s professional service offerings related to APCD operations, management, and analytics including decisions on entering new markets and other business development opportunities • Lead business development activities, including serving as lead writer on RFP’s and other bid proposals.
