Job Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of core commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, and distribution agreements. • Support large-scale contracting projects across industries, ensuring agreements align with business, operational, and strategic objectives. • Assist with CLM implementation and contract management processes, including template development and contract database oversight. • Collaborate with internal teams and clients, including stakeholders in Germany and other international jurisdictions. • Provide clear, business-focused guidance on contractual risk, compliance, and commercial considerations. • Stay current on relevant regulations and best practices impacting commercial contracting.

Job Requirements

JD or equivalent, with active bar membership in good standing.
2–5 years of post-qualification experience; in-house experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating core commercial contracts.
Fluency or business-level proficiency in German (written and verbal) is required.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage high-volume contract workflows in a remote or hybrid environment.
