Job Requirements
- 7+ Years of Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a new business sales role, preferably within the financial technology or corporate lending sectors.
- Proven Track Record in New Business Sales: A history of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong ability to close deals and generate revenue.
- Strong Lead Generation and Pipeline Building Skills: Expertise in identifying and qualifying leads, building a robust sales pipeline, and managing the sales process from start to finish.
- Excellent Negotiation and Closing Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals that align with both client needs and company goals.
- Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations.
- Self-Motivated and Results-Driven: A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Market Trends and Competitive Landscape: In-depth understanding of the corporate lending market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
