Job Description

• Develops and designs synchronous and asynchronous courses/curriculum • Edits, updates, and refines online course content and ancillary course materials • Designs learning activities, assignments, and post-course assessments • Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop course content • Keeps current with best practices in instructional design and education development • Teaches physical therapy content to internal and external customers • Interacts with internal and external customers to provide superior service, product support, and education • Writes scripts for video and audio content • Works closely with other departments, including customer service, marketing communications, sales, and product management • Plans and participates in local and regional industry meetings and trade shows • Promotes the use of Ottobock products to healthcare professionals • Performs related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Master’s degree or better in physical therapy
Active state license to practice physical therapy
Experience as a classroom instructor, trainer, or provider of continuing education
Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing physical therapist
Experience working with the limb loss population
Ability to travel as needed (50% maximum)
