Job Description
• Oversees the preparation of all invoices for entry into the accounting system
• Develops and maintains the records of financial transactions for the establishment
• Oversees the preparation and submission of documentation for expense reports and variance process
• Responsible for the preparation and compilation of reports and analysis
• Supervises Accountants and Accounting Coordinators
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of reporting and general ledger systems preferred (i.e., HFM, Workday)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
