• Configure, enhance, and perform technical adjustments in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). • Define and implement solutions aligned with logistics, transportation, and distribution strategies. • Conduct requirements analysis, process design, and produce technical and functional documentation. • Troubleshoot, perform performance analysis, and resolve incidents in OTM environments. • Support implementation activities, continuous improvement, and enhancement projects. • Develop and maintain integrations with ERP, WMS, external TMS, and other corporate platforms. • Ensure security, governance, data quality, and adherence to architecture best practices. • Support business, operations, and IT teams in the correct use of OTM.
