• Own the end-to-end roadmap for Actionstep’s new product and add-on module portfolio, focusing on innovation and revenue growth • Identify high-value product opportunities through customer insights, competitive analysis, and strategic alignment. • Balance commercial opportunity, customer value, technical feasibility, and time-to-market. • Align an AI-first mind-set with an ambitious product roadmap, leveraging guidance from our AI Senior Product Director, our CPO and CTO to push for competitive differentiation. • Lead rigorous discovery processes to validate market demand, buyer personas, and willingness to pay. • Drive excitement across the business for planned new modules and overall new product roadmap through regular updates and presentations. • Define commercial goals for each new module and monitor performance and optimize adoption, retention, and expansion using data-driven insights. • Lead and grow a dedicated PM team focused on new product development and ensure they meet KPIs.
