• Work alongside the executive team to implement processes and approaches that support achievement of the organization’s strategic business initiatives. • Establish and lead financial, operational, and governance programs that are in-line with company parameters. • Create, track, and communicate operational targets and KPIs that support the overall OKRs. • Assist organizational leaders by establishing a framework to help the business execute its strategies and OKRs. • Develop accounting systems for quick access to financial data, strategic budgeting, and performance analysis. • Analyze and interpret financial data for the purpose of improving systems and maximizing overall financial performance. • Coordinate the annual budget for the business unit or department. • Perform other job duties as assigned.
