• Serve as the primary liaison between Blue Water Thinking and VHA stakeholders for all contract-related communications and performance matters. • Manage a large-scale program encompassing multiple projects with complex lifecycle budgets and deliverables. • Plan, initiate, execute, monitor, and close out programs aligned with the VA’s mission and strategic goals. • Coordinate SME support and ensure timely delivery of project milestones and contractual obligations. • Oversee risk management, resource allocation, and quality assurance across all project components. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain alignment between technical teams, subject matter experts, and VA leadership. • Track performance metrics and provide regular status updates, reports, and briefings to VHA leadership. • Ensure compliance with federal healthcare regulations and contract requirements.
