Job Description
• Architect, design, and develop Salesforce Vlocity solutions to address complex business needs.
• Implement core Salesforce Vlocity features such as Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, and Vlocity Data Model configurations.
• Create reusable Vlocity components for streamlined customization and efficient solution delivery.
• Configure Salesforce and Vlocity functionalities, workflows, and custom objects to ensure optimal performance.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and REST/SOAP services.
• Customize Vlocity solutions to align with industry-specific operational challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise during the implementation phase.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for end-users and stakeholders.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation reflecting solution architectures, workflows, integration plans, and user guides.
• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and developers to execute projects on time and within scope.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with 3+ years leveraging Vlocity (Salesforce Industries).
- Strong expertise in Vlocity tools such as Omniscripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and related Salesforce technologies.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce customization, configuration, security models, and data architecture.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integration.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology and DevOps practices.
- Salesforce Vlocity Developer or Consultant Certification (e.g., Industries Certifications for CPQ, OmniStudio).
- Experience working across industries such as telecommunications, energy, insurance, healthcare, or public sector.
- Knowledge of ETL and middleware tools.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
