• Responsible for maintenance of checklists, reviews of submitted exhibits, and detailed organization of collected documents • Coordinate information flow between borrower, borrower representatives, broker, and third-party vendors • Coordinate third-party invoices and contracts for each transaction • Maintain Forbright proprietary ‘Portal’ system and electronic control binder for each transaction • Prepare correspondence necessary to facilitate workflow • Maintain and organize market and industry data necessary for comprehensive underwriting • Assist with closings, as requested • Complete post-closing requirements in connection with Forbright’s HUD Quality Control Plan and/or Forbright internal requirements • Comply with all facets of Forbright’s HUD Quality Control Plan • Perform other duties as assigned
