• Provide advanced support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 analysts in the investigation and remediation of high-severity security alerts. • Participate in incident response activities, including triage, containment, eradication, and recovery. • Serve as a technical escalation resource and subject matter expert for complex security issues. • Deliver training and knowledge transfer to SOC analysts, engineers, and customers on third-party security technologies and best practices. • Assist customers with implementation, configuration, and day-to-day administration of security platforms. • Support new product deployments, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
