Job Description

• Responsible for the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to close, which includes outbound lead generation, customer engagement, and business case development. • Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers, understand business challenges, and build persona-based value propositions • Present Mudflap's value proposition through engaging product demonstrations and industry knowledge to delight customers. • Utilize solution and value-selling techniques along with overcoming objections to guide sales processes to close effectively • Accurately forecast and maintain a robust pipeline

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of full cycle sales experience, including at least 1 year focused on net-new enterprise or commercial accounts
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, able to roll up your sleeves, create clarity, and move work forward
  • Strong collaborator who builds partnerships across sales, marketing, and product
  • Resilient, coachable, and confident handling objections and feedback
  • High-energy, self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Able to influence stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior leadership
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and new ways of working
