• Lead the monthly accounting close in QuickBooks Online with accurate records and proper documentation, and adherence to GAAP standards. • Validate data from Treasury, Billing, Payments, Payroll, and operational teams; identify and resolve inconsistencies. • Prepare reconciliations, accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments to ensure reliable financial statements. • Maintain and improve the chart of accounts, expense categories, and financial data structures. • Prepare cash flow statements, budget updates, and monthly reporting packages for Partners. • Perform variance analysis and generate insights for financial decision-making. • Propose and implement enhancements to accounting rules, COA structure, and financial governance.
