Job Description

• Support existing dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio • Perform manual and semi-automated data pulls from tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, and Harvest • Assist with data cleaning, validation, and QA checks • Help refresh datasets and ensure dashboards are accurate and up to date • Document data sources, definitions, and reporting processes • Support ad-hoc reporting requests from internal teams • Learn and follow established data models and reporting frameworks

Job Requirements

0–2 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting (internships or coursework count)
Familiarity with Power BI, Looker Studio, Excel, or Google Sheets
Basic understanding of data concepts (tables, joins, metrics, KPIs)
Comfort working with structured data and repetitive processes
Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow established standards
Ability to take direction, ask questions, and learn quickly
Reliable, organized, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have's
Experience with CRM or marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4)
Coursework or certifications in analytics, data, or business intelligence
Interest in growing into a more advanced BI or analytics role

Benefits

Compensation: $18-28/hour (depending on experience)
