Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare related field or Nursing or equivalent experience
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License or other relevant certifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible management experience in a hospital clinical documentation integrity program
- Thorough knowledge of CMS regulations, coding guidelines
- Strong analytical skills and IT proficiency in applications like MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to influence and engage staff, excellent interpersonal skills
