• Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and the primary compliance advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Audit & Compliance Committee. • Design, implement, and manage a robust compliance and ethics program encompassing policies, procedures, training, and auditing/monitoring activities. • Partner with the General Counsel and other executives to align compliance, privacy, risk, and legal strategies. • Direct internal audits, risk assessments, and monitoring programs to identify and mitigate compliance risks. • Build and lead a high-performing compliance team that exemplifies collaboration, transparency, and integrity.
