• Partner with clients throughout the annual health and welfare lifecycle to align wellness initiatives with overall benefits strategy. • Lead clients through the annual wellness cycle: • Conduct discovery and benchmarking analysis • Develop program strategy and statement of services • Implement programs and provide ongoing support • Deliver annual wellness stewardship reporting • Maintain accurate client and project logs for performance tracking. • Build and sustain strong client relationships within ongoing benefits and wellness engagements. • Develop and report on measurable outcomes for wellness and health management programs. • Strengthen existing vendor partnerships and identify new opportunities. • Ensure detailed planning and flawless execution of client wellness programs. • Collaborate effectively with other wellness consultants and EPIC colleagues. • Contribute to practice development and resource enhancement initiatives.
