Job Description

• Define and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives and product roadmap • Lead cross-functional initiatives to position the company as a leader in coherent DSP and optical semiconductors • Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, engineering, and operations to ensure messaging, roadmap, and market alignment • Own product marketing for DSP ASICs, including competitive analysis, value proposition development, MRD/PRD creation, and market positioning • Develop technical marketing collateral (white papers, datasheets, product briefs, presentations) for engineers, system architects, and CTO-level decision-makers • Represent the company at industry events, engage with key analysts, and deliver technical presentations to elevate brand visibility • Design and implement go-to-market strategies including product launches, campaign planning, digital marketing, and sales enablement • Oversee global lead generation, PR, SEO/SEM, event strategy, and partner marketing programs • Partner with sales leadership to drive account-based marketing, customer acquisition, and pipeline growth • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team; manage budget and resource allocation to maximize ROI

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in optical communications, semiconductors, or networking industries
  • 5+ years of specialized experience in coherent optics, DSP, transceivers, or photonic integrated circuits (PICs)
  • MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related technical field (preferred)
  • Experience working with hyperscalers, network OEMs, or system integrators
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Budget management and resource allocation experience
  • Experience at both startups and large enterprises
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives
