• Own interview scheduling end-to-end, coordinating across time zones and busy calendars • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a clear, timely, and thoughtful candidate experience • Maintain a clean, accurate ATS, including stage progression, notes, and interviewer feedback • Support offer coordination and pre-boarding, partnering with Recruiting, Finance, and Hiring Managers • Track pipeline health and flag bottlenecks or risks early • Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to source candidates for open roles (LinkedIn, outbound tools, referrals, inbound screening) • Conduct initial resume screens and outreach for priority roles • Help build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs • Draft and update job descriptions as roles evolve • Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics (documentation, systems access, equipment readiness) • Maintain employee records and support updates in HR systems • Assist with benefits enrollment questions and onboarding-related inquiries • Support People Ops projects tied to hiring, compliance, and process improvement
