Job Description
• Partner closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions
• Build and maintain systems that support high-traffic user flows, digital transactions, and reliable checkout experiences.
• Design and develop reusable component systems using Tailwind CSS and native CSS.
• Implement comprehensive test coverage using Storybook and unit tests, and playwright.
• Build dynamic and interactive front-end interfaces with React or Vue.js.
• Manage and optimize database queries and structures using MongoDB.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Identify, debug, and resolve complex issues related to performance, reliability, and security.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, technical documentation, and long-term platform evolution.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices, and proactively apply them where they add value.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Extensive experience with React.js or Vue.js in production environments.
- Solid backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Proven experience working with MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with PHP and maintaining or integrating with PHP-based systems is a plus.
- Experience with Git, collaborative code reviews, and modern branching strategies.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously on complex initiatives.
- Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating across engineering, product, and design.
