• Support underwriting teams by processing and organizing a high volume of submissions and documentation • Assist with preparing, sending, and following up on submissions with agency and carrier partners • Actively track opportunities, responses, and next steps to keep deals moving forward • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems • Communicate professionally with brokers, carriers, and internal teams via email and phone • Support marketing and relationship-building efforts through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline management • Help identify gaps, delays, and opportunities to improve response times and conversion rates
