• Develop and execute national retail and channel activation plans aligned to commercial priorities. • Oversee the forecasting, sourcing, and deployment of execution materials and in-market assets. • Build customer-facing decks, one-pagers, and toolkits that support sell-in and improve retail performance. • Design account-level programs and activation plans that strengthen visibility and throughput. • Manage retail initiatives including displays, placements, partnership activations, and in-store events. • Deliver performance reporting such as pre/post analysis, velocity trends, and ROI recaps. • Partner closely with Sales, Field, and Key Accounts to ensure clean deployment and in-market execution. • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and operational workflows with discipline. • Conduct periodic field visits to understand retailer needs and validate execution. • Improve internal systems, communication, and processes to support a fast-moving commercial organization.
