• Design and create custom instructional videos. • Design and create custom content videos including animations and motion graphics. • Develop, create, and package SCORM-compliant curriculum. • Create and author scripts, narration, and on-screen text that simplify complex product concepts. • Collaborate with instructional designers to develop storyboards that align instructional intent with video creation. • Scope and manage multiple concurrent projects, determining level of effort (LOE), project timelines, and sequencing to meet delivery deadlines. • Organize and manage project assets—intaking, cataloging, and maintaining footage and production libraries to ensure version control and efficient reuse. • Maintain visibility into all assigned deliverables by updating project milestones, task progress, and PSA records for team alignment and reporting. • Manage established AI-assisted workflows to streamline production and improve quality. • Collaborate cross-functionally with editors, instructional designers, and project leads to ensure consistent, high-quality project deliverables. • Other duties as assigned.
