• Partner with the CPO to define and evolve the product roadmap • Independently identify problems, propose solutions, and surface risks or opportunities • Own execution for your product area end-to-end • Balance short-term delivery with long-term product quality and scalability • Help design, implement, and scale product processes, tools, and systems as the company grows • Partner with leadership to implement more robust ROI tracking for product initiatives • Own backlog grooming and prioritization • Write clear, detailed product requirements and user stories • Lead sprint planning and facilitate agile ceremonies • Run epic kickoffs and ensure shared understanding across product, engineering, and stakeholders • Coordinate release planning and execution across teams • Support users and internal teams by investigating issues and clarifying product behavior • Own and maintain high-quality product and feature documentation • Lead user research, interviews, and discovery efforts • Translate customer, business, and technical needs into well-defined product solutions • Validate assumptions and inform prioritization with qualitative and quantitative insights
