• Drive innovative and creative approaches that can move the needle on our key growth initiatives (acquisition, activation, retention, expansion) alongside product, analytics, research, content, marketing, and engineering counterparts. • Partner with product, engineering, business partners, and research partners to establish a clear vision and strategy for your area that looks beyond a single experiment and considers the full customer journey and opportunity space. • Explore and refine concepts, then narrow to the best design solution by weighing data, customer insight, technical feasibility, and scope with your team. • Translate growth opportunities into cohesive user journeys across onboarding, activation, in-product education, engagement, and lifecycle touchpoints. • Work in Figma to deliver elegant solutions by crafting user flows, user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes. • Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and researchers to develop hypotheses, design experiments (A/B tests and multi-variate tests), and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative learnings. You are comfortable exploring dashboards and experiment results yourself to uncover insights and tell clear stories with data. • Contribute directly to moving business metrics, using data to inform and validate your design decisions while balancing long-term product quality. • Raise the bar for the quality of design at ezCater through your design craft, facilitation, and workshop skills; help your team frame problems, explore divergent solutions, and converge on impactful outcomes. • Contribute to and advocate for our design system, ensuring experiences are consistent, scalable, and accessible across the product. • Foster a culture of inclusivity and accessibility in our products and within our organization, ensuring our solutions work well for diverse customers and use cases.
