• Lead and manage Sage X3 financial implementation projects, including multi-company, multi-currency, and multi-legislation environments • Oversee requirements gathering, process analysis, and design for core financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Budgeting, Cost Accounting, and Financial Reporting) • Configure and customize Sage X3 Finance features to align with client business needs, including workflows, reporting, integrations, and compliance with local regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, VAT) • Mentor and coach junior consultants, lead workstreams, and ensure team adherence to best practices and project timelines • Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing to drive adoption and minimize post-go-live issues • Identify opportunities for process improvements, additional services, and upselling within client engagements • Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and risks; prepare proposals, estimates, and status reports • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure long-term client satisfaction • Stay current with Sage X3 updates, certifications, and industry trends to deliver cutting-edge solutions • Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations (e.g., APIs, EDI), and third-party tools.
