Job Description
• Work across multiple teams to deliver exceptional, user-centric solutions
• Build new user-facing features with scalable UI components
• Identify and solve complex user experience problems
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to prototype
• Advocate for quality, accessibility, and performance
• Set a high standard for code quality and UI polish
• Mentor designers and engineers and contribute to design systems
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in front-end or UI engineering
- Fluent in modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS)
- Strong programming skills, application development experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-team initiatives and influence without authority
- Strong communication skills for articulating technical concepts
- Ability to define reusable patterns and components
- Passion for great user experiences with attention to design details
- Experience mentoring other engineers and designers
