Job Description

• Key point of contact for strategic clients across Broadcast, Film/TV, Studio, Streamer and Production industries ensuring a consistent level of engagement and satisfaction • Partner with KAEs to identify and implement strategic growth opportunities, develop robust account plans, support customer meetings, and deliver follow-ups • Analyze gaps within existing deals to mitigate revenue loss and enhance client engagement and growth of account • Support contract renewals and committed spend ensuring seamless negotiation and deal execution • Oversee project level discovery, meetings, quotes, ALC orders, and delegating tasks to Customer Support Associates (CSA’s) where appropriate • Lead the KAM/AM sales team through use of effective communication, coaching, and feedback to ensure team consistently meets and/or exceeds established revenue targets and KPIs. • Ensure consistent use of CRM (Salesforce) and customer data platforms to deliver world-class client management at scale. • Oversee end-to-end KAM / AM and customer workflows providing guidance on efficiency and best practices • Lead by example and serve as a role model for other KAM’s, demonstrating best practices and cross-collaboration working with other Getty Images depts: Finance, Marketing, Sales Operations etc. to support team goals • Contributes as a team member of the Sales Management Team in developing strategies and tactics to achieve regional sales goals

Job Requirements

  • Proven sales and account management experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with Broadcasters, Film/TV studios, streamers, and production companies.
  • Knowledge of Getty Images products, services, websites, data systems and other reporting applications
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant and/or management experience in this field
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an environment of change and manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills
  • Proven success in increasing business revenue within existing accounts
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships that drive revenue growth
  • Comfortable conducting outbound proactive efforts and onboarding of new clients, including in-person presentations, virtual sales, and industry event engagements
  • Proficient knowledge of all MS Office tools and relevant software applications
