• Assist Account Managers in preparing meeting agendas and capturing key action items. • Provide daily updates and communicate with client brands via Slack and email. • Coordinate creative briefs between clients and internal creative teams. • Support tactical tasks such as inventory tracking, product listing updates, and data entry. • Help monitor client account performance and flag issues or opportunities. • Organize and maintain project documentation and timelines. • Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to process improvements. • Perform other administrative and support tasks as needed to ensure exceptional client service.
