Job Description
• Shape and drive Jellyvision’s carrier strategy across the product suite
• Define, communicate, and execute strategic vision for carrier partnerships
• Lead acquisition of new strategic carrier partnerships
• Drive accountability for individual and team quotas
• Integrate carrier feedback into product roadmap
• Cultivate relationships with leadership at top-tier carrier partners
• Oversee and resolve complex business challenges
• Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Carrier Channel Managers
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in benefits, insurance, or related technology sales
- 3-5 years in a leadership or executive-level Carrier Relations role
- Existing carrier contacts and relationships
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively across all divisions.
